Description
The NeuroMedcial Center Rehabilitation Hospital is in immediate need of a full time Speech-Language Pathologist to
work in both inpatient and outpatient day neuro settings.
Responsibilities:
The Speech-Language Pathologist must be able to treat a variety of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an adult, neurologically-impaired population. Treatment focus is for patients to regain their functional safety, independence, and communicative abilities through thorough assessment and individualized treatment plans.
This position also requires effective communication skills to educate and train caregivers and provide an interdisciplinary team approach to each patient's care.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Must be a Speech-Language Pathologist with a current Louisiana license.
- CCC Certification
- ASHA Certification
- Strong Clinical Fellow candidates will be considered
- VitalStim Certification a Plus!
- Master's Degree
- Preferred 5 plus years experience
