The NeuroMedical Center Rahabilitation Hospital is in search of a full time
Director of Therapy to oversee therapy services in both the inpatient and outpatient
Day Neuro settings. |

Responsibilities:
The Director of Therapy is responsible for oversight and management of all therapy services for
the facility. Duties and responsibilities include (but or not limited to): achieving clinical and
financial operational goals, monitoring admissions and treatment schedules, maintaining
appropriate department staffing, assisting in the growth and development of staff, providing
supervision and guidance to staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring
compliance with hospital policies and procedures, implementing new hospital policy as appropriate,
assisting in growth and development of new and existing programs, assisting in marketing,
participating in the quality assurance and performance improvement program of the hospital,
and any other needed administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist
- Minimum of 5 years of therapy treatment experience preferably in the inpatient rehabilitation environment
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred
